How to Order

Start with our collections. Each product page shows photos, the sample price and the details we have for that piece. Our main ranges are:

• Blue pottery: plates, bowls, vases and decorative pieces
• Wooden creations: home decor, kitchen items and gifts
• Resin and wood: bowls, platters, cake stands and stools
• Textiles: bedsheets, quilts and bedcovers, duvet covers, table covers and sarong wraps
• Handmade cotton bags

Every piece is made by hand to order, so bulk quantities are produced after you confirm your order (see step 5).

A sample lets you check the size, finish and quality of a product before you commit to a larger quantity.

1. Add the samples you want to your cart. Prices on the site are sample prices, shown in US dollars.
2. In the cart, choose Request order confirmation and send us your list and your delivery address through our contact page.
3. We reply by email to confirm the items, the shipping cost and the total. You pay only after this confirmation.
4. You pay online through Cashfree, our third-party payment gateway. Your card details go to Cashfree, not to us, and we never store them.

Samples leave our Jaipur workshop within 3–5 business days after payment, by tracked courier.

Because every piece is handmade, your sample may differ slightly in colour, grain or pattern from the photos and from later pieces. That is part of handmade work, not a defect.

When you are ready to order in quantity, send a wholesale enquiry, write to us through the contact page, or message us on WhatsApp (opens in a new tab). Please tell us:

• Which products you want (names or links), and which sample you approved, if any
• How many of each item you need
• The country and city the goods are going to
• Any changes you would like, for example:
  • size or colour
  • finish
  • packaging
  • your own labels (private label)

Minimum order quantities depend on the product. We confirm them in your quote, together with prices and lead times.

We send you a written quote. It sets out:

• Unit prices and the order total
• Minimum quantities
• The production lead time
• Packaging and labelling
• How the goods will be shipped, and the freight cost if we arrange it
• Payment terms

Production starts only after you accept the quote in writing (email is fine) and make any payment it asks for. Bulk prices, lead times and packaging are always agreed in writing before production starts.

Our partner artisans make your order by hand, using traditional techniques. Bulk production typically takes 4–8 weeks after sample approval, depending on the quantity, the finish and your packaging requirements.

Bulk orders are packed to export standard and shipped by air or sea freight. We confirm the timeline and the freight cost with you before dispatch.

Our prices do not include import duties or local taxes in your country; these are paid by the buyer. Our Shipping and Delivery Policy has the details.

When your order arrives, check it and keep the packaging until you have looked at every piece.

• If a sample arrives damaged, email us photos within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it.
• For a bulk order, the claim terms in your quote apply.
