Shipping
Samples ship from our Jaipur workshop within 3–5 business days by tracked courier. Bulk orders are packed to export standard and shipped by air or sea freight; we confirm the timeline and freight cost with you before dispatch.
Return policy
If a sample arrives damaged, send us photos within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it. Because every piece is handmade, small variations in colour, grain and pattern are expected and are not treated as defects.
